Practice surrounded by magnificent art (recently opened SALA exhibition) with intention to disconnect, to reconnect and relish in slowing down and embracing all the good energy that yoga provides. Embracing the season of winter with slow flow and strength, followed by yin poses to really get down and deep -  incorporating pranayama and relaxation and as always the invitation is there to stay for a fresh herbal tea, while connecting with others and view the exhibition. Please allow 2 hours if you wish to stay All are welcome.

Join Nick or Luke for a deep dive into the world of Mirus. Explore the Mirus Single Block Estate range, the soils, the clones and the wines we are producing from this amazing site. The tasting will take between 45 - 60 minutes. Leave more time to view the gallery and grounds.
