Soul Roots Therapy and Yoga Barossa present
Somatic Sensory Immersion Retreat
Commencing 8.30am - 11am
Reconnect with yourself through a day of sensory and somatic exploration set in the heart of the Barossa at the idyllic Wonderground. This immersive experience is designed to awaken your senses, nurture your body’s wisdom, and foster emotional resilience.
Your day begins with a soothing restorative yoga session led by Kirsty McKirdy of Yoga Barossa, helping you release tension and cultivate a calm, present mind. Following this, Deb founder of Soulroots Therapy will explore the art of scent somatically as we guide you through how fragrance can support self-discovery and anchor you in the moment.
Indulge in light refreshments as you learn the fundamentals of perfumery and design your own unique scent profile. Discover how the creative process of scent design, paired with visualization techniques, can evoke emotions, memories, and your inner child, deepening your connection with yourself.

'UMAMI' brings its unique blend of sounds, including vocals, percussion and bass rhythm to Wonderground Gallery for the Adelaide Fringe. Performing throughout the Barossa Valley and last years Fringe Festival, Wonderground welcomes Umami for the final afternoon of Fringe 2025.
'UMAMI' performs at Wonderground Gallery/MIRUS Winery, 130 Heinze Road in Seppeltsfield, on Sunday 23 March at 2pm. Admission is free.

MIRUS TASTING ROOM EXPERIENCE
Join Nick or Luke for a deep dive into the world of Mirus. Explore the Mirus Single Block Estate range, the soils, the clones and the wines we are producing from this amazing site. The tasting will take between 60 - 90 minutes. Leave more time to view the gallery and grounds.
Available Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays. Booking must be made at least 24 hours prior. Max 8 people per tasting.

Wonderground Gallery and The Footy Almanac celebrate 'Art and Footy' when they come together for the exhibition "Gather', a gathering together of artists of the Footy Almanac and Wonderground for an exhibition celebrating all the good things in life, from Jim Thalasoudis clouds and Christopher Meadows iconic backyard scenes to the lively footballers in action in Kate Birrell's works.
