Terms & Conditions
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged. We request that you return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or damaged.We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.
Please send an email to hello@wondergroundbarossa.com to arrange for the return of corked or damaged product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact us on hello@wondergroundbarossa.com for return instruction
Wonderground primarily uses Fastaway as our Courier for Art & Wine shipments, occasionally utilising other companies where they are better suited to particular regions.
Our orders are processed from the Cellar Door in the Barossa Valley and we aim to deliver within 3-7 working days to most areas. During busy periods we apologise in advance if processing of your order takes a little longer. If you have any questions about specific time-frames to your area please contact us.
Please note, “special delivery instructions” are a guide only – we can not guarantee that they will be followed. While every endeavour will be made to do so, it is at the delivery person’s discretion as to whether they deem the instructions safe to carry out.

Please note shipping to countries outside of Australia is possible, however we will first need to obtain a shipping quote for the country.
